- USING SCAN TOOL MONITOR VITAL FUNCTIONS – FOUND CRANKSHAFT SENSOR READING OUT OF SPECS – RECOMMEND ALSO REPLACING THE ADJUSTER VALVE AND CHANGING THE OIL & GO FROM THERE. IF ENGINE LIGHT RETURNS VEHICLE MAY NEED A NEW TIMING CHAIN!
- CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR – Remove & Replace
- CAMSHAFT ADJUSTER VALVE – Remove & Replace
- Perform Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection. Check Lights, Air Filter, Cabin Air Filter (If Equipped), Wiper Blades, Brake Measurements, Suspension For Loose / Worn Parts And Tire Pressures & Condition. Perform Battery Load Test, Check & Top Off Fluids As Needed. Dispose Old Oil & Filter Properly. Reset Oil Life Monitor (If Equipped).
- Replace the center exhaust clamp.
- Replace the tag light bulbs and the right rear reverse light bulb.
- CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Automatic Trans Lower, Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
