- CHECK OPERATION OF SYSTEM – FOUND BLOWER FAN WORKING BUT AIR IS NOT COLD. CHECK FOR STORED CODES – NONE FOUND. CHECK ALL FUSES AND RELAYS – GOOD. CHECK REFRIGERANT CHARGE LEVEL / PRESSURES – GOOD. CHECK FOR POWER AND GROUND AT THE A/C COMPRESSOR – FOUND WIRING GOOD & COMPUTER IS COMMANDING THE COMPRESSOR CLUTCH ON BUT CLUTCH IS NOT ENGAGING – COMPRESSOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
- A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove & Replace – In-Line4 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- Evacuate A/C System, Vacuum Test System for Leaks, Add Dye & Recharge System with Freon. Road Test Vehicle to Check Air Conditioning System Performance & Check for Leaks.
- Replace front brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
