CUSTOMER STATES WHEN ATTEMPTING TO START THE VEHICLE IT WILL NOT START AND WHEN ATTEMPTING SHUT THE VEHICLE DOWN THEY ARE UNABLE TO. USING SCAN TOOL ACCESS THE IGNITION CONTROL MODULE, CHECK FOR SIGNAL COMING FROM THE IGNITION SWITCH / BUTTON WHEN PRESSED. FOUND BUTTON NOT READING WHEN PRESSED. INTERNAL SWITCH IN THE WIRELESS IGNITION NODE IS STICKING AND NOT ALLOWING THE VEHICLE TO BE TURNED ON OR OFF & NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. CUSTOMER ALSO STATES THAT HE WANTS ANOTHER KEY FOB FOR THE VEHICLE.
PROGRAM ANOTHER KEY TO THE VEHICLE. UNABLE TO PROGRAM THE START STOP SWITCH AT THIS TIME DUE TO ISSUES WITH THE CHRYSLER SCAN TOOL COMMUNICATIONS AT THIS TIME.
OUTSIDE SHOP LABOR SERVICE TO PROGRAM THE PUSH BUTTON START STOP SWITCH TO THE W.I.N. RECIEVER.
Evacuate A/C System, Vacuum Test System for Leaks, Add Dye & Recharge System with Freon. Road Test Vehicle to Check Air Conditioning System Performance & Check for Leaks.

LABOR TIME IS WITH THE INTAKE REMOVED. SPARK PLUG WELLS FILLED WITH OIL AND THE IGNITION COIL BOOTS WERE GETTING WET! CLEANED OIL LEAKS.

ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – V6,3.0L Eng
Found the alternator not putting any amperage out & the positive battery cable to the alternator nearly caught fire!! Upon further inspection we found the wiring harness damaged as a result of the positive battery cable getting red hot!
Includes Removal of the transmission mount & cross members to lower the transmission in order to route the new harness to the transmission. Attempted repair of the original harness only to find the wiring was melted together in the harness & was in poor condition! Clear codes & drive vehicle – all appears good at this time.
LEFT FRONT BRAKE HOSE & FLUSH BRAKE FLUID SYSTEM – [Includes: Bleed Brake System.]
