- ONE OF THE STEERING RACK MOUNTING BOLTS SNAPPED WHILE TRYING TO BE REMOVED. WE HAD TO EXTRACT THE BROKEN PART OF THE BOLT OUT OF THE FRAME & REPLACE IT. WE ALSO HAD TO PERFORM A ZERO POINT CALIBRATION AFTER REPLACING THE RACK.
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
- PERFORM TRANSMISSION SERVICE: FLUSH TRANSMISSION FLUID, REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION OIL PAN GASKET & FILTER.
- REPLACE THE DEGAS BOTTLE HOSE.
