INSPECT AIR INTAKE SYSTEM AND FOUND THE SEAL AROUND THE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR SPLIT. ALSO CUSTOMER RTV THE BLOW OFF VALVE TO THE INTAKE PIPE & LEAKING.
CLEAN RTV OUT OF THE BYPASS VALVE. CLEAR CODES AND ROAD TEST. CUSTOMER NEEDS TO CONTINUE DRIVING VEHICLE TO SET MONITORS TO PASS EMISSIONS.
Change Oil & Filter, Lubricate Chassis, Check & Fill Fluids.
Replace front brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
Replace rear brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
SHOCK &/OR STRUT ASSEMBLY – Remove & Install or Remove & Replace – Both – [DOES NOT include disassemble or alignment.]
ENGINE MOUNT – Remove & Replace – Right Side of Engine Compartment
A/C COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – 2.3L Eng – [Includes: Serpentine type Belt(s).]
REMOVE THE REAR MUFFLER ASSEMBLY TO ACCESS AND WELD THE ROTTED AND BROKEN EXHAUST HANGER.
Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
