REPAIR LOOSE EXHAUST MOUNT BRACKET. BRACKET WAS REMOVED AND RE INSTALLED AT ONE TIME AND SOMEONE CROSS THREADED THE BRACKET CAUSING IT TO RATTLE. RETAP THREADS AND REINSTALL.

CUSTOMER STATES OUR IGNITION COIL IS DEFECTIVE. REMOVE THE ENGINE COVER & UNPLUG EACH CYLINDER TO DETERMINE WHAT CYLINDER HAS THE MISFIRE. FOUND OUR NEW IGNITION COIL WAS INSTALLED ON CYLINDER #2 AND CYLINDER #4 IS NOW MISFIRING. SWAP #2 & #4 COILS AND ROAD TEST. FOUND MISFIRE NOW ON CYLINDER #2. IGNITION COIL IS SEVERLY BURNT AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.
CLEAR CODES AND ROAD TEST – ALL GOOD.
