- Evacuate A/C System, Vacuum Test System for Leaks, Add Dye & Recharge System with Freon. Road Test Vehicle to Check Air Conditioning System Performance & Check for Leaks. A/C valve ports were very corroded – if they leak again the lines may need to be replaced.
