- Evacuate A/C System, Vacuum Test System for Leaks, Add Dye & Recharge System with Freon. Road Test Vehicle to Check Air Conditioning System Performance & Check for Leaks.
- Found Battery Dead. Charged battery & start vehicle – Found charging system dead & not charging! Check all related fuses & relays -good. Check for power & ground going to the alternator – good. Alternator smells burnt & needs to be replaced!
- R & R all necessary items including the a/c compressor to access & replace the alternator. Clear codes, check charging system & road test vehicle.
