Services Performed
- Customer states he changed the battery & arced the cables and now the radio does not work. States to check the fuse in the back of the radio. R & R radio to check fuse.
- Remove drivers side kick panel to check for any blown fuses – good. Replace blown 10A fuse in the back of the radio. All good. Road test vehicle to check systems over – no issues found at this time.
