- Clear codes & drive vehicle to set the Evap monitors to confirm system is working properly. Please Note: we found a rusty dust like substance in the purge valve & evap lines – unable to determine the cause of that but it is not normal.
- EXHAUST MANIFOLD – Remove & Replace – V8 Right or Left,Each
- Install Dual Cat Back Exhaust System.
- Shop Labor time to extract 2 broken bolts out of the cylinder head.
- Smoke test evap system to find evap leaks. Check purge valve, gas cap & other parts of the evap system. Found smoke coming from above gas tank. Inspect & found the plastic evap line has a hole in it possibly from critters? Line needs to be replaced. Purge valve & evap hose has excessive rust particles coating the inside of the valve & lines – unable to determine why?
